NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A New York City teen was charged with exposing himself on a charter bus traveling northbound on Interstate 95 in New Rochelle on Saturday, according to New York State Police.

Torres is scheduled to appear in New Rochelle Court on Jan. 23, police said.
