Police Dish Out 67 Tickets In Westchester Detail

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The New York State Police conducted a distracted driver enforcement detail on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester County on Tuesday, Jan. 26, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Results of the detail included 34 arrests for speeding, 25 arrests for other vehicle and traffic violations, two cell phone violations, three seat belt violations and three texting violations, according to police.

A total of 67 tickets were issued, police report.
