Police Issues 28 Tickets During I-684 Speed Detail
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New York State Troopers conducted a speed enforcement detail on Interstate 684 in Westchester County on Saturday, Aug. 23 and issued a total of 28 tickets, officials said.
