The woman told a 9-year-old girl she had puppies in the back seat and that all she has to do is get into the car, according to police. The girl refused the request, police said, and the motorist fled the area in her car.
The vehicle is described as a beige or tan four-door sedan with an unknown registration. The vehicle is further described as being a few years old with dents in the front and rear passenger’s side of the vehicle with tinted windows.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Greenburgh Special Victims Unit at (914)989-1736.
