Report: Larchmont Psychiatrist Accused Of Selling Prescriptions

LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- After a six-month investigation, a Larchmont psychiatrist has been charged by the Westchester District Attorney with selling prescriptions for controlled substances without adequate examination or consultation, lohud.com reported.

According to the report, Dr. Marvin L. Korn has been accused of selling prescriptions for Clonazepam, Lorazepam, Zaleplon, Lunesta, Adderall, Zolpidem, Oxycontin, Oxycodone, Diazepam, Xanax, Ritalin, Ambien and Valium to patients without acquiring essential information or performing proper follow-up procedures.
