Members of the Greenburgh Street Crime Unit were on patrol at approximately 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday morning when they spotted the driver of a gray Honda - later identified as 29-year-old Hartsdale resident Antoine Wagner - transfer several packages of marijuana from his vehicle to the driver of a gray BMW, later identified as 29-year-old Joseph Mojica.

Police said the unit proceeded to seize approximately three pounds of marijuana from Mojica’s vehicle and more than $5,000 cash between the two of them. They then executed two search warrants at their North Washington Avenue residences and seized another three pounds of marijuana.

Wagner was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal sale of marijuana and two counts of criminal possession of marijuana. Mojica was charged with two counts of criminal possession of marijuana. The Honda and BMW were both impounded, and upon further investigation, a Jaguar Xf was also impounded.
