Patrick Donohue, 50, of Trenton became the 13th person this year to commit suicide by jumping from the GWB.

His body was positively identified by family members at the office of the New York City Medical Examiner after being recovered just north of the bridge Saturday night, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this morning.

Donohue left his job on July 1 after nine years with the college.

Unconfirmed reports were that his car was found near the bridge after he left a note for a loved one before his disappearance Tuesday night.

Several eyewitnesses confirmed that Donohue leapt from the bridge midspan, Pentangelo said.

The authority couldn’t positively confirm his death until the identification was made.
