Danbury's Union Savings Bank Appoints Assistant VP Of Ridgefield Branch

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- A Ridgefield resident has been appointed Assistant Vice President and Senior Branch Manager of Union Savings Bank in Ridgefield.

Union Savings Bank today announced the appointment of Jill M. Maguire to the position of Assistant Vice President and Senior Branch Manager of the bank’s Ridgefield branch.

Jill M. Maguire will oversee management and business development for the branch at 100 Danbury Road.

Most recently a retirement planning specialist at Danbury-based Matson Financial Advisors, Maguire spent 18 years at Fairfield County Bank, where she held the titles of branch manager and business development officer.

“Jill has been engrained in the Ridgefield financial services sector for almost 20 years,” said Union Savings Bank President and CEO Cynthia C. Merkle.

“Her dedication and experience in the community will be invaluable, as we expand the services we offer clients in and around this region."

A University of Connecticut graduate and Ridgefield resident, Maguire is a member of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Ridgefield Rotary Club, where she has served as president.
