Muity was most recently associated with Houlihan Lawrence in Bronxville. With 20 years industry experience and a history of serving international clientele, Muity brings an added dimension to the firm’s growing sales team in Bronxville. She is fluent in her native language, Hungarian, and can also communicate with clients in French, Russian and German.
Over the years she has earned her Graduate, Realtors Institute, and her Certified Buyer Representative designations. She is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Westchester and the Bronxville Women’s Club. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College with a major in Psychology.
Durfy joins ERA Insite from Coldwell Banker in Briarcliff Manor. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Gains Realty in Thornwood where he initially learned the real estate business from the ground up. A longtime resident of Mt. Pleasant where he raised his family, Terence earned his Masters Degree in Education from Toledo University and taught for several years before getting into industrial sales and manufacturing consulting. He has recently committed to expanding his real estate sales and rental business and felt that ERA Insite in Thornwood would best be suited to helping him do that.
