The first development is a mixed-used project at 690 Mamaroneck Ave. that was approved by the village in July, according to lohud.com, which reported that the 21-unit residential building will include 33 parking spaces, ground floor commercial space and a pair of “below-market units.”
The second project, which has yet to be approved by the village, would bring a supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy to 805 Mamaroneck Ave., according to lohud.com, which reported that no “opening date” has been released for the project.
Both efforts are part of the transit-oriented development (TOD) legislation passed by the village board in 2014, according to lohud.com.
