Prior to joining the firm, Moncure served as a top producing, award-winning real estate agent for Houlihan Lawrence. As a longtime resident of Larchmont, Moncure has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools and amenities of Westchester County, allowing her to cater specifically to her clients’ needs and criteria.
In addition to real estate, Moncure holds a master’s degree in international finance and economics and a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Moncure is a certified public accountant and was a vice president with Citibank.
She has been recognized as a consistent Westchester County top producer for 25 years and a Houlihan Lawrence Top 10 Award Winner.
She is a member of multiple professional associations including the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is a certified buyer representative.

As an active resident of Westchester County, Moncure is involved in various community groups and organizations, serving as a board member of Sound Shore Medical Center as well as the Larchmont Historical Society. She additionally served as vice president and governor of the University Club of Larchmont.
