BRONXVILLE, NY -- Patty Damon of Tuckahoe and Steven Angelilli of Mamaroneck recently joined Houlihan & O'Malley, a boutique real estate agency in Bronxville as licensed real estate professionals. Joe Houlihan, managing partner, made the annoucement.
A former senior business leader for MasterCard Worldwide, Damon comes to Houlihan & O'Malley with a 25-year background in information technology management. She has also worked in senior positions at PepsiCo and Nestle. A native of Crestwood, she received her bachelor of science degree in accounting from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry. She has lived in Tuckahoe for 20 years.
"Patty Damon's background in managing people, projects, and budgets will be a huge asset to our firm and the homebuyers and sellers with whom she works,'' Houlihan said. "Her relationship-building and creative problem-solving skills are a huge plus. In addition, she is loyal and trustworthy, detail oriented and a true multi-tasker. We are so lucky to have attracted her to our growing firm.”
Angelilli's background in real estate derives from his parents, who run Angelilli Construction Corporation in Lewisboro. "As a result of growing up in his family's businesss, Steven Angelilli has a discerning eye for good construction and is very adept at accessing a property's value," says Houlihan. "Real estate is a long-term investment, so Steven's in-depth knowledge of quality materials and labor offers a big advantage to the clients he is working with."
Angelilli graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in communications from Pace University in 2010. A native of Lewisboro, he currently lives in Mamaroneck with his wife and infant son.
