LARCHMONT, N.Y. — The tennis courts in Larchmont will be closed Tuesday due to tree removal in Flint Park.

"The Village of Larchmont will be removing a tree in Flint Park adjacent to the tennis courts," a statement on the village's website said. "For everyone’s safety, the courts will need to be closed on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 7 a.m. until about 3 p.m.  Tree work can only be done during the daytime hours. We apologize in advance for this disruption."

Saw Mill River Parkway Crash In Elmsford Slows Traffic Tuesday

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Two lanes southbound on the Saw Mill River Parkway were blocked Tuesday evening due to a multiple car accident on just south of Exit 20 near the I-287 in Elmsford.

The right lanes in both northbound and southbound directions of the parkway were closed around 5 p.m. with emergency vehicles on the scene.
