Mamaroneck's Trinidad Honored Once Again For Soccer Play At Sage

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Former Mamaroneck High School soccer standout Gustavo Trinidad is continuing his high level of play after being named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire Division III Men’s All-East Third Team recently. 

Trinidad, who is a junior at The Sage Colleges in Troy, N.Y., netted 10 goals and eight assists during the season, which helped Sage advance to the semifinals of the Eastern College Athletic Conference tournament. 

It is the latest in a series of honors for Trinidad this season. The junior midfielder was also named the 2013 Skyline Men’s Soccer Player of the Year recently. 

Trinidad is Sage's career leader in game-winning goals with 11 and assists with 22. His 64 career points rank him second all-time in school history.
