Three Mamaroneck Field Hockey Players Net Golden Dozen Honors

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Several Westchester County field hockey players were  named to the "Golden Dozen," according to LoHud.com

Mamaroneck's Emily Gerzberg, Katherine Goodman and Sydney Segal were all named to the team, LoHud.com reported. 

Class A runner-up Scarsdale led the way with four players named to the squad, including Clara Belk, Caroline Knapp, Julia Ross and Lindsey Repp, LoHud.com reported. 

Rye's Alex Bennett and Pelham's Julia Kavanagh also received the honor, according to LoHud.com

The Golden Dozen is selected by a mix of academic achievement, performance on the field, community service, honors received, and an essay submission, according to LoHud.com.
