Linda Praylow, of Hartford, died in a holding cell on Sunday, April 7, while in the custody of the Hartford Police. She was arrested on Friday, April 5, for two outstanding warrants and held on a $20,000 bond. Police did not say what the warrants were for. Hudson Valley Fire Leaves 24 Homeless, Injures 2 At least two residential buildings were destroyed during a two-alarm fire in the Hudson Valley that left 24 people homeless. The incident occurred in Orange County at 11:20 p.m. on Monday, April 8, at 59 and 61 Carter St., in the city of Newburgh.
