A crash that initially blocked the right lane on a stretch of southbound I-95 on the Westchester/Fairfield border early Friday evening has been cleared.
The crash, reported just before 7:30 p.m., was at Delavan Avenue (Exit 2). It caused stopped traffic at the scene and stop-and-go delays to Route 1 before being cleared by 8:30 p.m.
