They did not mind that the forecast for 12 to 24 inches of snow did not materialize. "Blizzard" Juno dropped two to three inches on the Town of Mamaroneck.

But there was enough white stuff to make sledding enjoyable for these youngsters. It's been a tradition in Larchmont for generations, according to Daily Voice Community Advisor Megan McCarthy, who took these photos.
