LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- Tuesday's light snowfall in Larchmont was quickly washed away by rain, but the area may be blanketed again this week, according to the National Weather Service.
Winds will pick up Wednesday afternoon with gusts as high as 34 miles per hour. But, things are looking sunny Wednesday with a high near 40, and into Thursday. Thursday night, however, will be mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers and a low around 24 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
The sun is expected to stay out Friday, before clouds move in Friday night with a low near 29 degrees. Before the weekend can warm up, expect a light winter mix of snow and rain Saturday. Temperatures will rise to the upper 30s and remain there overnight.
Sunday will be cloudy with a high near 46 degrees and a low near 38 degrees.
