LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- Sunshine Coffee Roasters (SRC) has officially opened after a six-week renovation.

The revamped space is lighter and more open, with a lot more available seating, and an industrial chic vibe (think exposed pipes and reclaimed wood).

"It's all about making our customers comfortable," said Co-Owner John Minotti. The New Rochelle resident owns the cafe with Larchmont residents Michael and Debbie Contopoulos. (See earlier Daily Voice story HERE.)

The counter, too, has been updated, creating much-needed space and a better flow.

And, said Minotti, more surprises are on the way, so stay tuned.
