Mike and Grisel Corey of Port Chester, along with Mike's brother, George, of Westport, Conn. have opened Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Mamaroneck. The spa is open for business as of Monday, May 2.
The three say they've always loved the Village so when a spot became available on the Avenue, they knew they had to jump on it.
And to celebrate their offering gift cards for spa packages at $20 off this week. An introductory rate of a one hour massage or facial is also available for $59.95.
"The community has welcomed us with open arms and we are very excited to now be a part of the friendly Village of Mamaroneck," said Mike. "There are so many community events scheduled on the Avenue as well as throughout the rest of the area that we can’t wait to get involved in."
Hand & Stone has more than 250 locations across the U.S. with services that encompass a full range of massages and facials including an array of peels and microdermabrasion. The spa also does hair removal for men and women. But, as its name implies, hot stone massages are the signature treatment.
There are locations in Scarsdale and Yonkers but this is the Corey's first location.
Though don't expect it to be their last. According to Mike, as soon as Mamaroneck gets off the ground, they are planning on opening more locations.
