Expert Talks About Honeybees In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Beekeeper Margaret von der Meden will speak on “The State of the Honeybee,” Sunday, at 10:30 a.m., at the Ethical Culture Society of Westchester.

Her talk will include the role of honeybees in ancient times, how they arrived in North America, and the events that have caused the decline of the honeybee.
