The event  begins at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

"The Antiques," published by Scribner, is a heartbreaking, nimble, laugh-out-loud funny send-up of modern family life, according to a release. The novel chronicles a week in the life of the Westfall family who reunite after the death of their patriarch, just as a massive hurricane tears through town, destroying their family antique store.

Like Jonathan Franzen, Ann Packer, and Meg Wolitzer, D’Agostino writes brilliantly from multiple points of view, offering a discerning social commentary about the way we live, the release said.

Originally from Pelham, D’Agostino holds a Master of Fine Arts  in Creative Writing from The New School. He is the author of "The Sleepy Hollow Family Almanac."

Cantina Lobos, located at 217 Wolfs Lane in Pelham, offers a simple yet inventive menu utilizing locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and fusing the traditional flavors of Mexico with a modern, fresh twist.

The bar offers innovative cocktails, an extensive tequila menu, and a well-curated beer and wine list. Learn more at Cantina Lobos' website.
