Karen Murray, 48, will run 183.4 miles through Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin, according to a press release.

The mother of three is a member of “Run4Brad,” which was founded by Jessica Berman of Larchmont.

Berman’s husband, Brad, a 37-year-old avid runner, suffered a stroke in August 2013 while training for what would have been his fourth marathon.

Berman’s stroke was caused by a congenital arteriovenous malformation that had been present his entire life but ruptured that morning.

So far, the Run4Brad movement has raised more than $600,000.

“My mantra is what the mind believes, the body achieves and I am honored to run for Brad and help him and others reach 100 percent recovery," Murray said in a press release.
