Gas Leak Damages Westchester Home, Compromises Foundation A home in Westchester was evacuated after firefighters discovered damage caused by a gas leak, officials said. The incident happened on Saturday, March 23, when damage was found at a home in Pelham Manor on Shore View Circle, according to village officials.  Firefighters soon responded to the residence and evacuated the home after detecting a strong gas odor.
