NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle Police are investigating an accident that may have involved a drunk driver who slammed into a building and left the scene on Sunday, according to News 12 Westchester.
The New Rochelle Police Department is investigating a suspected drunk driving accident that involved a car slamming into a building on Dec. 7.
