NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Emergency responders were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident that has been reported on I-95 in New Rochelle on Sunday afternoon.
The accident, on the northbound New England Thruway between Route 1 (Route 15) and Cedar Street (Exit 16), was reported at 12:45 p.m.
