MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- A village man, 39, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal mischief in connection with windows broken at a home and parked vehicles on Grand Street on Feb. 16. The following incidents were also reported in the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department blotter: Larceny: An unknown suspect entered an unlocked car parked on Walton Avenue sometime between Feb. 20 at 4 p.m. and Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. The victim reported that prescription medication was stolen.
Hit and Run: An unknown suspect hit three parked on Franklin Avenue on Feb. 19 around 9 a.m.
