LARCHMONT, N.Y. -- Mafalda T. Bergassi, a longtime resident of Larchmont, died Oct. 23.
She was the wife of the late Armando; mother of Jeanne Clary (John), Edmund J. (Margaret) and Maria Pirro (James); sister of Theodore Civetta, John Civetta and the late Jeannette Gatti; grandmother of John, David, Margaret, James, Jeanne, Stephen and Mark; and great-grandmother of Tyler Clary and Logan Clary.
Visiting is from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Monday at The John J. Fox Funeral Home Inc., 2080 Boston Post Road, Larchmont. A Mass is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John & Paul Church, 280 Weaver St., Larchmont. Interment is at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
