Firefighters arrived to 947 Shore Acres Drive about 1:45 a.m. to find the abandoned house “fully involved,” in flames, according to lohud.com, which cited the Mamaroneck Fire Department’s chief.

About 50 firefighters battled the flames for about an hour before the scene was under control, according to lohud.com, which reported no injuries.

Again citing the fire chief, lohud.com reported that no one had been living in the house for several years. What caused the blaze was under investigation, according to lohud.com.
