Earlier this month, seven members of the gang were taken off the streets of Yonkers following an eight-month investigation dubbed “Operation: 150 Clan,” which was run by the local police department and investigators from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office Gang, Firearms and Narcotics Bureau.

Seven alleged gang members were initially arrested, while one remained at large. All eight were indicted on charges that include conspiracy to commit attempted murder, assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in addition to other crimes.

In the past two weeks, investigators from the Gang Unit developed information regarding the whereabouts of the eighth member, Yonkers resident Warren Shealy, 33, who has been arrested and taken into custody.

Yonkers Police Sgt. Dean Politopoulos said that over the past two weeks, investigators from the Gang Unit developed information regarding Shealy’s whereabouts, and on Wednesday, they placed him into custody at a location on Victor Street that was the target of search warrants.

The investigation previously led to the execution of multiple search warrants, during which investigators seized a pair of .45 caliber semi-automatic pistols, a .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol, a military-style bulletproof vest, dozens of rounds of ammo and several decks of heroin.

Shealy was arraigned in Westchester County Court on Thursday and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date with the other members of the 150 Clan to answer the charges.
