Glen Burnie resident Cynthia Herman has been identified by investigators as the person who was killed after crashing in the early evening on Friday, Feb. 2.  According to a spokesperson from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday night, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 10 North near Mountain Road in Glen Burnie, where Herman crashed her 2011 Nissan Frontier.
